Drs Diet is raising funds independently through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company has developed an app that helps users manage weight loss. The app helps users in keeping a written food diary and managing what they eat and drink. The documentation of calorie intake helps in reducing the food intake. Additionally, the analysis of patients’ food diaries also enables healthcare providers to make modest changes in food intake to lead to significant weight loss. Dr. Baldev Sandhu founded Drs Diet in January 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $5,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for the inventory of liquid meal replacement drinks, improvement of the app, hiring, marketing, and working capital.
