Equifax has named Stephane Dubois as senior finance officer for Europe, to expand its business in the region.
The credit reporting agency said that Dubois joins from Dutch manufacturing company AkzoNobel, where he spent three years as head of finance transformation, during which time he helped transform the company’s finance function.
He has over 20 years’ leadership experience, during which time he delivered profitable growth, strategy development and change management, Equifax said.

He will report to Leo Basola, senior finance officer of Equifax International and Patricio Remón, president for Europe at Equifax.
In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the finance team to provide financial analysis to support Equifax’s growing European business.

My long-term goal is to further strengthen the company’s position in Europe by maintaining consistent financial health and seeking out opportunities for growth for many years to come.”
