We’re going to travel from Sydney to Brisbane for the Social Enterprise World Forum
The Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF) is returning to Australia for the first time since 2009, taking place in Brisbane September 28/29.
The Social Enterprise World Forum is the flagship event for the global social enterprise community, providing space for purpose-led people, policymakers, philanthropists, intermediaries and entrepreneurs to connect, learn and be inspired.
We want to help local social enterprises make the most of this opportunity, which is why we’ve organised the Social Enterprise World Forum Roadtrip!
The Roadtrip will take 40 social entrepreneurs on a two-day journey from Sydney to Brisbane, using the time to learn from each other and visit social enterprises along the way.
The goal is to arrive briefed, energised, and ready to engage with the global social enterprise community!
There are 15 Subsidised seats available on the bus to help Sydney and NSW enterprises to take advantage of this opportunity thanks to the City of Sydney, City of Parramatta and MinterEllison.

This is a chance to make the Social Enterprise World Forum so much more than a conference. Instead of just flying into Brisbane, travel with a group of founders, social enterprise supporters and sector thought leaders for two days of connecting, learning and preparing to make the most of the Brisbane Summit!
The two-day journey will give you plenty of time to meet and learn from your fellow travelers, facilitated by group activities and conversations on the bus. We will visit several inspiring social enterprises as we travel up the coast and share a memorable meal in Byron Bay on the Monday night.
Coming on this journey will equip you to make the most of the SEWF opportunity. Building your community beforehand and having a strong network at the Summit will make it less overwhelming and increase your chances of finding what you need at the event.
