Murray Hillbilly on Honeycomb 2022

Murray Hillbilly is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a southern-style vegan restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida. The restaurant serves southern comfort food made using plant-based and delicious ingredients. Murray Hillbilly offers full-service dining, take-out, catering, and delivery through multiple platforms. It also hosts events such as a monthly Vegan Bazaar with local vegan vendors. Lindsey Cooper and Rafaella DeGracia founded Murray Hillbilly in July 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $75,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to refinance debt, update the back patio, purchase a mobile vending trailer, update the building electric, and purchase new equipment.
