North Cove Leisure Club is raising funds on Vicinity. It is a destination location for tourists and locals to enjoy biking and hiking trails, elegant event spaces, and a disc golf course. The club spans 157 acres of Appalachian land in McDowell County, North Carolina, and the space is dedicated to nature, outdoor leisure, and recreation. North Cove Leisure Club has purchased the golf course and renovated the restaurant, and will open the restaurant and bar soon. Kyle Sims and Luke Peniston founded North Cove Leisure Club in December 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $300,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to complete the construction of the restaurant, acquire more land, expand the outdoor bar and games, and improve the building.
