Payments platform Paysafe is continuing to bolster its executive leadership team following the addition of new CEO Bruce Lowthers in May.

Specialised payments platform Paysafe has brought on Rob Gatto as its new chief revenue officer (CRO).
As the company’s first CRO, Gatto will spearhead Paysafe’s international sales across a number of high growth sectors, including fintech, crypto and gaming.
Gatto will help Paysafe, whose core purpose is to enable businesses and consumers to connect and transact seamlessly through industry-leading capabilities in payment processing, digital wallet, and online cash solution, implement its growth strategy plan.
His appointment marks the second major senior hire for the company in the last few months with Bruce Lowthers joining as CEO in May.
“Rob is an outstanding leader with a proven track record of implementing growth strategies that deliver positive top-line and bottom-line results,” Lowthers said.
“His commercial acumen, tech savviness, and deep understanding of both market and customer needs will make him an invaluable member of the team as we transform the business and execute on our growth plan.”
Gatto will help Paysafe, whose core purpose is to enable businesses and consumers to connect and transact seamlessly through industry-leading capabilities in payment processing, digital wallet, and online cash solution, implement its growth strategy plan.
He brings decades of experience in “delivering transformational growth” to the role, and most recently co-founded and was president of Ureeka, a community to help small businesses go to market and grow rapidly.
Prior to that he held senior roles in a number of technology companies.
