Seven Acre Dairy Company, with a valuation of $8.73 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is preserving and restoring a historic Wisconsin cheese factory and creating a new premium dairy brand. The new location’s offerings will include two restaurants, butter and ice cream made on site, a micro-dairy open to public viewing, walking trails, and a boutique hotel. Seven Acre Dairy Company is building a community-driven experience to share with friends and family and is also working on improving the lives of dairy farmers. Nic Mink and Danika Laine founded Seven Acre Dairy Company in August 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $500,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for equipment, marketing, construction costs, and working capital.
