TSB has announced changes to its residential, buy-to-let (BTL) and product transfer ranges.
For residential products, it has increased its five-year fixed first-time buyer and house purchase 85% to 95% loan-to-value (LTV) rates by up to 0.40%.
The 90-95% LTV with a £995 fee has increased by 0.40% from 3.29% to 3.69% while the 90-95% LTV with no fee has gone up by 0.40% from 3.49% to 3.89%.
Other changes include the reintroduction of its five-year fixed remortgage products.
The 75-80% LTV house purchase five-year fix with a £995 fee has been reintroduced with a rate of 4.14%.
For BTL, the 75-80% LTV five-year fix with a £995 fee and free legals and the 75-80% five-year fix with £300 cashback have both increased by 0.40%.
For its product transfer range, TSB has upped the rates on its two and five-year fixed buy-to-let 75-80% LTV by up to 0.60% and 0.65% respectively.
The two, five and 10-year fixed residential rates have also gone up by as much as 0.65%.
The 90-120% LTV two-year fix has risen by 0.55% to 3.89% while the 90-120% LTV has gone up by 0.65% to 4.04%.
Meanwhile, the 60-75% LTV 10-year fix has increased by 0.55% to 3.69%.
